Foreigners who are invited and sponsored by the company to work for the company and hold a visa with the symbol DN1, DN2, will be considered and converted for visa purposes to LD1, LD2. • In case of entry with an electronic visa and a work permit or confirmation of not being eligible for a work permit in accordance with the labor law. In this case, citizens of 80 countries and territories who have entered Vietnam with an e-visa and can prove that they have a work permit or are exempt from a work permit will be considered for change of purpose. visa from e-visa to a working visa clearly marked LD1, LD2.
