Payment methods and payment information

TOAN A supports two payment methods for all services and products TOAN A provides to the market, which is cash payment or payment by transfer via TOAN A company account.
For service quotes with a total value of less than 20 million, customers have the right to choose both payment methods for TOAN A , customers can pay by cash, or by bank transfer.
For service quotes with a total value equal to or greater than 20 million TOAN A only accepts payment by wire transfer from customers. This is a mandatory regulation of the Vietnam Tax Department. Please coordinate and support TOAN A .
After researching and studying TOAN A records, we will quote or execute a contract for the customer, in case the customer agrees the payment time will be made in 2 installments:
+ Phase 1: Pay 50% of the total value on the quotation, (contract) right after the customer signs for confirmation.
+ Phase 2: Pay 50% immediately upon receipt of completed documents, papers and records from TOAN A … or 1 day before receiving information and pictures of completed documents and vouchers TOAN A socks for customers
(If there are payment agreements other than those shown in this payment policy, it will be agreed and expressed with the agreement and signature of both TOAN A and the customer on the quotation. and individual contracts for each specific case)
